What is Your Refund Policy?
CANCELLATIONS: All Rentals include a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 Fee subtracted from the total payment if you decide to cancel your payment for any reason. So, please place your order when you are ready to do so.
RENTAL REFUNDS: We offer refunds based on system performance and timely delivery and not personal preference or human error. The following Rental Refund policy is based on the expectation that your equipment should operate as promised and arrive in time for your event as verified by the respective mail carrier, if sent by mail. ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL.
- We individually inspect each piece of equipment before it is sent out to insure it is fully operational and again when it is returned. However, in the event you receive equipment that does not work properly we will send you a replacement in time for your event and give you a 50% refund of your rental fee or refund 100% of your rental fee and offer you a 50% off your next rental. To receive a refund of any kind, you must test the system and contact us by phone and email by 9p the same day you receive it and it must be delivered and scanned by the respective mail carrier to be shipped back to us by 10a the following mailing day.
- If your equipment works when received, but ceases to function properly during you event, we will refund 50% of your rental fee for that piece of equipment. Again, the item must be shipped back to us by 10a the following mailing day. Upon inspection and verification of equipment failure and confirmation that there was no human error or mistreatment to the equipment, we will refund 50% of your rental fee for that piece of equipment minus shipping fees.
- We always ship on time, guaranteed express delivery. However, if we fail to ship you the equipment on time, we will refund your entire payment, 100%, and give you a FREE rental for your next event. If the mail carrier fails to deliver the equipment on time then we will refund 100% of your rental fee along with 50% of any shipping fees refunded by the carrier and offer you a 25% discount on a future rental.
- We do not give refunds for equipment that works as advertised but for whatever reason the client is unable to operate or does not prefer. Our systems are very easy to use and we include easy to follow instructions. We are also available to answer any questions you may have regarding operation during normal business hours, Monday-Saturday CST. (So, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you test your equipment and learn how to use it as soon as you receive it and not wait until the time of your event.) Our karaoke systems are designed to serve a wide variety of people and situations and, apart from special song requests for the Elite System, cannot be specially catered to the preferences of each individual or group.
Are There Any Additional Fees? If you RETURN OUR EQUIPMENT ON TIME in the SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT, PACKAGED AS YOU RECEIVED IT then there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES beyond the cost of the rental. Otherwise, the FEES are as follows:

Why Rent a System When I Can Buy One? That's Simple: You GET THE SONGS AND THE SYSTEM WITHOUT the HASSLE!
You may be able to purchase a VERY CHEAP karaoke system, but remember - you get what you pay for! Cheap systems SOUND CHEAP, DIE FAST and become OUTDATED EVEN FASTER till they're nothing more than an OLD, EMBARRASSING RELIC collecting dust in a corner of your home like most CHEAP-MART systems you see and all that BEFORE THE PARTY'S EVEN OVER! Do you want your friends and family saying, "nice try" at having a karaoke party or DO YOU WANT TO HAVE A KARAOKE PARTY?!
And, that's JUST THE SYSTEM ITSELF! WHAT ABOUT THE MUSIC? You need SPECIAL KARAOKE MUSIC where the WORDS FOLLOW ALONG on the SCREEN! Is the Rental System Easy to Use? Can you dial a phone? Can you press a button? Then you can use our rental system. It's that easy! It's just plug & play. Enter the song number the same way you would dial a phone or scroll down the page alphabetically to find the song you want, press play and you're singing karaoke. All the songs are built-in. No CDs to mess with. It's so easy to use a child could do it, though we do always recommend parent supervision.
Is the Rental System Easy to Transport? Well, it weighs less than 3 pounds and could be easily carried in a purse or small bag. How's that for easy?
What Does the Rental System Include? All of our karaoke systems offer more than enough for an entire event's entertainment and then some. Complete with key, tempo, echo, volume control, 2 microphones and video lyrics. Uses standard RCA/PHONO (Red, White & Yellow) AV connection and can be connected to virtually any tv, stereo and/or sound system.
When Will My Shipment Arrive? We ship your rental by STRESS-FREE, GUARANTEED, EXPRESS DELIVERY to arrive the BUSINESS DAY (MONDAY-FRIDAY) BEFORE YOUR EVENT so you have time to test the system, call with questions, etc. This also gives us a "cushion" day, so, in the rare event it is needed, we can still overnight any replacement parts, additional equipment, etc. (PLEASE NOTE: It is not to your advantage or our's to ship you equipment late or equipment that does not work. We want you to have a great time and tell all your friends, not be stressed about late or non-functioning equipment, so we make sure we do it right. We are the inventors and leaders in the Nationwide Karaoke Rental business and we triple check to ensure we are shipping fully functional equipment on time for your event.) If your event happens to be tomorrow or you need us to ship to arrive the day of your event, we certainly can, however, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, you will only be covered for our equipment from the event date onward, since we will obviously NOT have an extra day to overnight you any replacement equipment, additional accessories, etc.
Which Shipping Option Should I Choose? We ship your rental by STRESS-FREE, GUARANTEED, EXPRESS DELIVERY so you're not wondering if it's going to arrive on time for your event. (We DO NOT USE GROUND shipments for your rental delivery because there is no guarantee of when they will arrive and Ground shipments are especially unpredictable around the holidays...and most other days.) You can choose a 3 DAY EXPRESS, 2 DAY EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. REMEMBER: We will always ship to arrive the business day before your event, unless your event is tomorrow, so choosing a shorter shipping time will not make your shipment arrive earlier. (To have a shipment arrive earlier, you can ADD EXTRA DAYS in advance, which are cheaper than paying a late fee. Please, see Accessories.) For example, if your event is this coming Saturday, and you place your order by 5p CST the Tuesday before this coming Saturday, then you will want to choose the 3 DAY DELIVERY option. If you order between 5p CST the Tuesday before this coming Saturday and 5p CST the Wednesday before this coming Saturday, then you will want to choose the 2 DAY DELIVERY option. If you order between 5p CST the Wednesday before this coming Saturday and 5p CST the Friday before this coming Saturday, you will want to choose the OVERNIGHT option. If you order after 5p CST the Friday before this coming Saturday, you will want to change your event date to a date after the Monday following this coming Saturday because that's when your order will be processed. (You can also try calling us in the rare event we may be working late that night, but don't count on it....it is Friday, after all.) If you fail to choose the correct shipping option, we will simply deduct the difference from your deposit.
Can I Pick Up the Rental? We ship nationwide straight to your door, saving you time, money and hassle. We DO NOT currently offer local pick-up.
When Do I Need to Return My Rental
Equipment?
Unless
you PAID or would like to pay for
ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAYS, your EQUIPMENT IS DUE FOR RETURN THE DAY
FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT! MAIL RENTALS (i.e. rental(s)
that were
mailed to you) are DUE
for SHIPMENT the DAY FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT and should be returned to a
STAFFED facility of the mail carrier so it can be scanned in.
Why is There a Deposit? Do I Get It Back? These are rentals, after all. We've found the odds of us getting our equipment back increase when renters leave a deposit. We've tried it both ways, and unfortunately in this case, money talks. Of course you'll get your deposit back, as long as you return your system on time in the same condition. That's why it's called a DEPOSIT. We just want to make sure we get our equipment back on time and in the same condition we rented it. The money is then simply refunded back to your card the same way it is when you return an item to any department store, etc. It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund from the day we receive your return shipment. Do the Songs Have the Original Artist Singing Along? "Karaoke", or "empty orchestra" (as translated from Japanese), is by definition just that, an empty orchestration of the song waiting to be filled by a singer, i.e. YOU! As quoted from Wikipedia and elsewhere on the web: "The music is typically a well-known pop song MINUS the lead vocal." This is the professional definition of karaoke that we and we've found most of our customers subscribe to. Most want to be the star when they sing and the whole point of karaoke is to get that other singer out of the way ("who do they think they are anyway?" : ) so that "you know who" can truly shine. If you're just going to play the regular song then you might as well get out your own CD collection and go for it. We specialize in music where the lead vocal has been removed so that your dream of being the singer can come true. We do realize, however, that some may not know the song well enough to sing it alone and would like some guidance. This is why we offer the ability to bring the melody line/tune/lead singer notes in and out for EVERY song on our SUPER system so you can hear the notes you're supposed to sing. On our Elite System the song quality is of first importance, but wherever possible we pick the best quality song that also has the melody line/tune included. In addition, we strive to select versions of the songs that have the background vocals/singers for additional singing support. There are also a handful of Original Artist Music Videos on the Elite System (SEE SONG LIST) that give you the ability to sing along with the original artist or without.Have a question you didn't see here?
